2. Scope of Services

The Site is used solely to:

• Provide general informational content
• Allow users to schedule and pay for an initial consultation

The Site does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

All medical services, clinical decision-making, documentation, and protected health information are handled exclusively through Healthie, a HIPAA-compliant healthcare platform. Medical care begins only after you are transferred to and onboarded within Healthie.

3. No Medical Advice or Provider-Patient Relationship

Use of this Site, including booking or payment for a consultation:

• Does not constitute medical advice
• Does not establish a provider-patient relationship
• Does not guarantee eligibility for treatment

A provider-patient relationship is established only if and when a licensed healthcare provider accepts you for care within the Healthie platform.

4. Eligibility

To use this Site and book a consultation, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement

By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

5. Geographic Availability

Consultations are available across the United States subject to provider licensure and availability.

If no licensed provider is available in your state at the time of your scheduled consultation, your consultation fee will be refunded.

Booking a consultation does not guarantee that a provider is available in your state or that you will be eligible for treatment.

6. Payment, Refunds, and Cancellations

• Consultation fees are non-refundable once booked.
• If Novus Labs LLC is unable to provide a consultation due to lack of provider availability in your state, a refund will be issued.
• Failure to attend a scheduled consultation (“no-show”) does not qualify for a refund.
• Novus Labs LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule consultations due to provider availability or operational needs.

7. Third-Party Services (Healthie)

After booking, you will be redirected to Healthie to complete onboarding and receive care. Healthie operates under its own:

• Terms of Service
• Privacy Policy
• HIPAA compliance obligations

Novus Labs LLC is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of Healthie beyond the scheduling handoff.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, branding, and design elements, is the exclusive property of Novus Labs LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Site systems
• Interfere with the Site’s operation or security
• Misrepresent your identity or eligibility

10. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may pursue claims in small claims court if eligible.

• Any medical outcomes, which are determined solely by licensed providers
• Delays or interruptions in services due to factors beyond reasonable control

12. Force Majeure

Novus Labs LLC is not responsible for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Provider availability
• Technical issues or platform outages
• Regulatory or legal changes
• Acts of government or emergencies

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to These Terms

Novus Labs LLC may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
