Pricing & Insurance
Questions about costs, insurance, and payment options
Does health insurance cover the cost of treatment?
We do not take any insurance. It is possible you can submit for reimbursement but that is between you and your insurance company. Each company has different policies.
What is the basic cost of HRT?
The consult is $99. If lab work is required (which is typically needed for hormone therapy but not always for peptides), a follow-up appointment is included at no additional cost, though labs are paid separately. Typical lab costs between $100-$250. On average, men spend about $120 per month and women typically range from $50–$100 per month. Costs vary based on dosage and individual treatment plans. We do not have monthly fees, extra charges, or preset packages—each patient is treated individually.
What are the costs for peptides?
They can vary depending on what is wanted but on average monthly cost of $50-$200.
Is there a subscription fee or monthly average cost?
No subscription fees or monthly costs.
Does Novus accept HSA/FSA?
Not at this time.
What are the costs for pharmacy and shipping?
Patients do not pay the pharmacy separately. We do not have monthly membership fees, and medication pricing through us is all-inclusive—pharmacy and shipping are already built into the cost. The pharmacy we use can vary based on factors like your state, medication availability, and delivery timelines, which is why we handle that process for you to ensure the most efficient and compliant option.
Treatment & Services
Questions about our treatments and what we offer
Is this something that I could go forward with while breastfeeding?
Yes. In most cases, hormone replacement therapy can be used while breastfeeding. Your provider will review your individual plan to ensure it’s appropriate for you.
After a hysterectomy can you do hormone/peptide therapy?
Absolutely, a prime candidate.
Do you prescribe injections for Estrogen & Testosterone?
We can prescribe injections and other forms of E & T.
Do you manage thyroid hormones?
Yes. We will do all of that through the compounding pharmacies.
Can you skip the bloodwork/testing to get the prescriptions?
You do not need labs for peptides, so yes. The only way to skip labs for hormones is if you have sufficient existing labs that can be submitted.
