Treat patients seeking hormone replacement therapy, including testosterone and estrogen optimization.

Prescribe and manage peptide treatments for patients looking to optimize their health and wellness.
What We're Looking For
Eligible Provider Types:
- M.D., D.O., Family or Adult NP, or PA
- Physician assistants must have prescriptive authority for controlled medications and have a supervising physician in place
- Nurse practitioners must have prescriptive authority for controlled medications and either have full prescriptive authority or a supervising physician
Minimum Qualifications:
- Fully licensed, board-certified practitioner
- Minimum 1 year clinical practice experience
- Active license in good standing
- Comfortable with telehealth technology
- Passion for patient-centered care
Preferred Experience:
- Background in hormone therapy or endocrinology
- Experience with peptide therapies
- Previous telehealth experience
